Lala Kent is no longer pumping the brakes on her new baby's name reveal.
Six days after giving birth to her second daughter, the Vanderpump Rules star shared that she has named her youngest Sosa Kent.
Lala made the announcement in a Sept. 9 Instagram post, sharing a black-and-white photo of the newborn's feet swathed in a fuzzy blanket.
Though the 34-year-old did not give further insight into why she named her new daughter Sosa, several fans in the comments section noted that the unique moniker shares a subtle connection to Lala's 4-year-old daughter Ocean, who she shares with ex Randall Emmett.
"The name Sosa is primarily a gender-neutral name of Portuguese origin that means Salt Water," one commenter wrote, with another Instagram user adding, "Fits perfectly with big sis Ocean."
The name reveal came days after Lala turned down the opportunity to share the moniker on the Sept. 4 episode of her Give Them Lala podcast, citing concerns that the announcement will be "shadowed" by Beyoncé's birthday.
"Today is Beyoncé's birthday," the podcast host said on the episode. "We can't announce today."
Explaining that "no one's gonna give a s--t" about her newborn's name if she were to reveal it on the Grammy winner's special day, Lala continued at the time, "I'm gonna wait."
Still, she teased her newborn's first initial, adding, "Baby S deserves her moment."
Lala conceived Sosa through the use of a sperm donor and intrauterine insemination (IUI) more than two years after ending her engagement to Randall.
"When I had my life go in a very different direction, I knew I wanted more kids," she told Cosmopolitan in January. "It was such a strange thing that was happening because everyone would tell me, ‘You're going to find somebody.' And I got to thinking, 'Why does my wanting more children need to involve another person?'"
And Lala "never thought" this was the path she'd taken in her motherhood journey, she's "so grateful this was an option."
"There are many ways to have a baby," Lala added, "and you don’t need a man to do it."
